She came to Cambodia from Japan in 2018 and was impressed by the Cambodian young women's passion for arts and design. She started the Dream Girls Design Contest to help Cambodian women achieve their dreams. Many women later became designers, art teachers, photographers, and entrepreneurs.

Ms. Heang Vattey is the founder of Riel Tiger Solutions, a branding company that helps businesses grow through design, events, printing, and souvenirs. She has worked with many well-known companies and organizations, representing commitment and creativity in women design and graphic design.

DESIGN CONTEST: Discovery of Cambodian women's talent — inherent talent and capability, needing only the right opportunity to grow.
